Is there a recommended way of engaging with people on the site? I feel like I personally having a harder time joining conversations and making connections.

There is the Discord server if you're interested... and for some reason, I think there was an IRC chat... idk why i think there is one... lemme check... Im pretty sure there is not an IRC chat.

Not exactly a social site, but you could try Blips and Discord.
