If we're talking about games fan art of which could be posted to e621, then Teraurge. Good writing, simple and engaging concept, some fun scenes. Too bad it's development is slow as molasses.

I've played a small handful since being introduced to the genre about a year ago. My first was Echidna Wars DX, and finding that was the catalyst to make me seek out more.

My current favorite is Succubus Affection, which was made by the same dev that made Forest of the Blue Skin, if I'm not mistaken. I just can't stop playing. Lisa and the Valkyrie are my favorite "enemies."

Firstly, I like your choices. To my knowledge, Kincaid and Max the Elf are still both in dev, and Kinkaid is looking like it's going to be an instant favorite for a lot of people, including myself. Fun, fluid, energetic gameplay and incredibly hot pixel art erotica with sexy voice acting. Might be one for the ages.

And Max the Elf has INSANELY hot animation and voice acting, even though femboys aren't my biggest thing. Definitely looking forward to the finished product.

As for Succubus Affection, it's actually on Steam! If you have an account, just look it up on the store page. The only downside is the base version is SFW, but there's a free download online that adds all the NSFW stuff. Personally, I really enjoy it, and would highly recommend and love to hear your experience if you get it.

I haven't played a lot of NSFW games, actually. Usually I just mod existing ones that I'm already interested in. So to that end I guess you could say my favorite porn games are Soul Calibur 6 and Skyrim. *dry half-hearted laugh*

But I guess that says something about my tastes. Even if the gameplay has nothing lewd, if I can have cute naked furry characters, that's fine with me.

trials in tainted space - I never knew a text game could keep me interested for hours, once played it for 18 hours straight before I realized I had to use the toilet.

Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude - never have I laughed so hard during the dialogue exchanges
Dandy boy Adventures - despite looking like something from the sega genesis/snes era, it was amazing, from the music to the wide variety of quests, minigames, and characters arcs, this game is the only one I've ever donated money to development
princess and conquest - this is the only rpg maker game that didn't make me want to beat my head in with a cutting board, with so many waifus to choose and each one of them with their own ending I never got bored, and with the mimic system you can start a new game plus with all the items you collected from previous playthroughs making things more interesting.

There were some similar threads a while ago about the same sort of topic. Recently I've really liked Tailbound. It has a pretty fair amount of content that should last a while. It costs like $5 on steam, and I'd recommend playing the game that comes before it called Thirstchasm which is free to get an idea of what to expect.

Probably Trials in Tainted Space. It surpassed Corruption of Champions in many ways.

Since I first read and commented on this post 9 days ago I have obsessively played MVOL after discovering it from here and got every ending through much time dedicated. I now no longer know what to do with my life having squeezed this game dry for content.

I've been playing Tales of Androgyny a lot recently, pretty fun and has cute writing. Also an extremely detailed combat system that includes sex wrestling with multiple base positions. Definitely worth checking out for people that like femboys and trans characters.

On top of that, Rack (by Fek) and Super Deep Throat are perhaps the best sim games, the latter having a huge modding community. Rack 2 is a massive direct upgrade and is already an amazing game with the character customization alone. (I recommend all of Fek's games, but Rack 2 is by far his most detailed and modern).

Corruption of champions was one of my favorites, it was a text adventure game that had like...a bajillion fetishes and neat rpg stuff and all sorts of secrets. I think it's still being worked on too, but I haven't kept up with it.

That is great to hear! Well, not the after effects that seem to be a recurring thing with all who play it, but i like that this was able to bring more light to this game. The creator, Lithier has been baking some more games in his page, there's one names Voice that really shows how good he is in writing games.
I personally coundn't bring myself to do the "lewd route" since i consider the love one is the one that shows the best of Lith and makes some decisions REALLY difficult and i also really didn't wanna bring more pain to the besto femboy to ever live.

Was mentioned before, but again: Trials in Tainted Space. Discovered it first around here on E6 when Flash Player was still up (They switched to Javascript last year). I didn't expect that a freaking text game would be this good.

All of the old pre 2011 Meet and Fuck games hold a special place in my heart.

The Sims 4 is a pretty solid furry game with adult content with mods. It might currently "win" for me in this category. Perhaps that's not fair, but adult content flows well enough with the game it doesn't feel out of place depending on how you configure the mod(s). The Wicked Whims mod is highly customizable and even has a SFW version, and there's a whole mini-industry of people making animations for it.

I think Lusty Labyrinth was possibly the first fully-featured game of this type I played, not counting visual novels. It's a simple dungeon crawler but I found it amusing.

I haven't looked it up in a while. The last I saw was a fork of it with someone obsessed with removing things they felt "didn't make sense" or something. It wasn't pretty (apparently monks can't be sexual unless abused and brainwashed, for example, so they removed an entire romance quest line for the monk character). That may just be an offshoot though.

What I like about that game is you can avoid things that you personally do not like... usually, and more "extreme" fetish stuff has events that turn related events off, if I recall. And if not, there's always loading an older save.
