I'm interested if there's any consistent change you find in a person over time using a site like this, such as a greater tolerance for more, unconventional, kinks.

Quite the other way around for me, while I usually prefeer the weird kinks, using this site has made me feel more open about trying out just some regular, vanilla yiff.

Well to me, I go to several, won’t mention their names cuz of if I remember, was a rule(?), but I also go to a hypno themed one, well also the MLP themed one but rarely, and no the closest I’d say I’ve had media change taste &, well the title of this here post, is that I sometimes discover new shows/games/movies/comics/etc here or get exposed to it’s world or characters or feel or themes sometimes thru here, as for discovering new sex related stuffs, well sure I’ve discovered new kinks/fetishes, tho mostly sex angles/positions & scenarios that I would find super hot later on & that I didn’t know I wanted! So that’s that!

I'm not sure if consistent, but there's definitely some change, though e621 is not the only cause of it. I've grown quite a liking to a few stuff I used to hate. I've even gotten myself to draw one of them.
As for media (I guess like movies and stuff), I've always consumed animal-related material in probably the same amount as any other guy. I fact, most of furry media I'm aware of, I heard from here, first.

Yes I used to mostly into bara yiff with human genitals, which I still enjoy, but over time I have gained a greater appreciation for traditional yiff and animal genitalia, especially wolf, horse, and bovine dicks.
