Not surprising, since Japanese have historically been hostile to foreigners (AKA gaijin). Dark skin is not something native to the Japanese or their close neighbors, so would look especially alien to traditional Japanese eyes.

I personally have not seen or heard any hentai specifically featuring sexually-aggressive dark-skinned people as a character trope.
But then again, I have not seen much hentai in general or am well-versed in common Japanese character tropes.

The only thing that seems remotely close to what you are describing is the Ugly_Bastard trope, which I have only come to know about when someone suggested invalidating it here on e6.

Yeah this topic is really not going to go anywhere productive with such hilariously wrong generalizations.

If the only hentai you consume has black people as aggressors that says a lot more about you as a person than it does about an entire industry.
