So I recently made a little lewd VN (https://naughtysableye.itch.io/manaphy-meetup if you're curious), and thought it might be of interest to e621, but I'm not really sure what I should and shouldn't upload. I can't upload the whole game like I can to Newgrounds, but I thought maybe I could upload a screenshot of it and put a link in the description? The rules say that generally uploading screenshots from games and VNs is bad form, does that still apply if you made the game and the art in it? I noticed the beachside_bunnies tag has some screen recordings of the game with no editing, is recording the game different from taking a screenshot for rules purposes? Is it better if I just upload the art assets instead of a screenshot the VN text included?
Would like some clarification if possible!
