Not going to post link for obvious reasons.

It seems to be a furry Discord, so obviously I was interested in joining, but seems they are not accepting new members (or someone is on a power trip).
Joined the server, opened a ticket for age verification, and within 2 minutes of opening the ticket - seems I was completely banned from the server.
I was joined for a grand total of 10 minutes at most with no posts made or a single message sent to anyone (and my avatar and Discord name are most definitely not offensive...)

So... wth?
Anyone a part of the server able to check what is going on?

Or is it just not worth joining.

In my experience of hosting and trying many servers with a variety of verification processes (and lack thereof), it sounds like they probably have a stick up their ass.

Or they banned you by mistake, potentially.

Hard to say either way, but I wouldn't bother given that there are dozens more that are probably more accommodating.

I was a member for a while before they did age verification, it was pretty neat. Finally got around to going through the process today and when I sent my ID with everything but DOB blurred out like they asked, I was banned because the ID was "probably my parents". Glad to see Discord Mods are living up to their rep.

... If they're not going to believe an ID, why the fuck would they ask for one? Hell, the only way around that level of mental malformation would be to have the photo be visible and a picture of the person holding it. What next, sharpie in pooper with today's newspaper?
