I don't understand why my Krystal animations were deleted, the reason was "Excessive same base image set", although they contained reskins and other models with other animations and I actually assumed that would be ok. At least I made an effort to upload them as whole webm and not as single gifs. Also, I haven't uploaded a webm before and many others upload a webm and also as a gif but with me it's strictly forbidden because.... a moderator does not like me?

A "same base image set" is when you have a common base image/animation, and alternates that change a few details but are still clearly based on the first. Swapping out different models or skins, or changing the genitals, or rendering from an alternate camera angle, while keeping the same core animation counts as the same set.

It just doesn't explain why some artists still get away with it. As I said there are some who upload an animation as gif and then as webm without encountering this problem, why am I denied?

You can have up to 4 alts (+1 for the original, so 5 total). 5 of those posts have been accepted, it's just the ones beyond those have been deleted for "Excessive same base image set".

okay, now i would like to know how to delete my last 4 gifs to replace them with the webm files?

just upload the webms, go to the inferior gifs and press the "flag" button to your left under the "options" section

after pressing flag you'll be sent to a forum where you select what reason you have for flagging the post, go down the list of reasons and select "Duplicate or inferior version of another post" and paste the post id of your new webm in the box

now you're old shitty gifs are flagged for deletion and a janitor (most likely mairo, the resident video expert) will review your post and check if your fresh webms are really up to snuff compared to the gifs

Well, in this instance they already have gazillion uploads on the site, so janitor would have to sit down and go through them manually on deleted posts.

Does not work, apparently the deleted webm was not accepted and I now try to upload them again, but does not work, because these are recognized as duplication of the deleted webm. What should I do now, it must be possible or?

Don't reupload deleted content. It'll just be deleted again regardless – if a post was rejected, it was done for a reason.
Contact the staff member responsible for the deletion of the original post.

Also, could you stop making tickets when you are trying to reply? This is the third one of this kind.

sorry, its just reply and repost is kinda too near to each other, so when i try to fast reply i hit the other button, its not intentional.
