Topic: How do I remove photos from sets on mobile

Posted under General

There's a few ways.

Method 1.

  • Search for the set with the set metatag (set:setname)
  • Open the "Mode" drop-down beneath the results and select "Remove From Set"
  • Tap the thumbnails you want to remove from the set

Method 2.

  • Navigate to the set's page (e.g. https://e621.net/post_sets/31657)
  • Open the burger menu and select "Edit Posts" on the secondary menu
  • Remove the post's ID from the text box and hit update.

Method 3.

  • Navigate to a post that's in your set.
  • Hit the edit button beneath the image
  • Add -set:setname to the tags list and hit submit.

I probably wouldn't recommend method 3 because of the possibility of making accidental tag edits.

I was so glad when I figured out that I could use the pool metatag for Divine Acid. "Oh wow, that works!" It's all in the 1500-page manual! j/k (But I vaguely remember seeing some stuff like metatag trickery along this line)

Is there a way to make it so that anyone can edit a set that you set public? Or is it all invite only? From what I read, it doesn't look like it's possible.
