Topic: This apology may be a bit late, but I still apologize

Posted under Off Topic

I am sorry that many of my friends in this forum are tired of my repeated discussions about whether robots should be the same as people. I just want to vent my disgust at those characters who clearly say that robots are the same as people in appearance and mind, but I did not expect to cause such a big disturbance to the people in this forum. Although this apology may be a bit late, But I swear I won't continue discussing this issue unless someone else raises it first in the future

To me, that would have been the better wording. (IDK what you did.)

Made at least five, I believe two now deleted, forum topics ranting about the designs of robots, made vaguely-racist comments towards the Japanese in general, tried to stir US politics up, and just generally keeps making the same forum topics over and over and over. You can see what remains here;

While the user is Chinese and I'm willing to personally overlook a lot of culture-clash and language barrier things because of it, there does come a point where it just gets ridiculous.

Well if he is REALLY serious about having regrets making these threads and start posting better from now...

But if he starts again then its up to the mods/admins do the job lol.

I find it funny that mainstream porn sites like PornHub are blocked in China but e621 is free and clear.

It's more likely they're using a VPN. To my knowledge the whole net outside China is "blocked" but VPNs are reasonably accessible if you're interested enough. I've even heard they're sometimes referred to as Vietnamese Pho Noodles as a kinda sneak-term to be able to talk about them.

Nope, it's actually not blocked.

I don't mean to come off as rude, but I don't think most people really care all that much as to hold any grudge.

Personally, I don't remember the names of users I reply to, or forum post I comment on.The thing is, I don't put too much mind into it. It is the internet, it's silly to get angry at people you have never and will probably never meet.

But that's just my opinion.

What is not blocked, the outside internet or e621 specifically?

e621 is accessible in China, whereas for example PornHub is not.

If you want to be social you don't need to start these dialogues on the nature of international furry content or race/species relations, you'd be fine just hopping into Discord or the blips if you want to chat.
Follow the flow of an existing conversation, or talk about the things you're doing, the things you like, etc.

Security by obscurity works at least. And to ban it, you'll have to acknowledge you know about it.
