not sure which topic this belongs in as i am not sure if it is a bug. For the last 2 months or so i have been having fairly consistent issues where pages will fail to load or will stop loading shortly after they open, it tends to happen consistently for about 5-10 minutes then everything starts working fine again. during these times i usually get either "problem loading page secure connection failed" or when trying to load a video it will say no video format was found (i forget the exact message)

You need to use something like Wireshark to be sure, but it sounds like ISP issues. If you see a bunch of repeated or dropped packets, this is the cause. It might not even be beyond your home. I've had bad luck with cable modems before because of defective modem or bad lines.

hmm i dunno i could try wireshark but this only happens with E6 and nowhere else

Then it's somewhere between ISP and e621.
