EDIT: Under "Links and Contact Details", https://inkbunny.net/ThunderousErections links to https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/12598394 and https://baraag.net/@highfructosepornsyrup. The Pixiv account's name is "hfps", but has not been updated since 2022 and all recent posts contain links to crossposts on baraag. The baraag was last updated in September (versus the Inkbunny which was last updated on Halloween), and is generally a lot less active. It appears to be exclusively used for content not allowed on Inkbunny, including humanised versions of some of the Study Partners characters. No Inkbunny posts are crossposted there. I also found an AO3 under the HighFructosePornSyrup name which has been linked to from posts on both active accounts.

Given that the artist appears to be actively maintaining two distinct identities, and one of them is mainly used for content that is irrelevant to e621, the current tag would appear to be correct.

The bulk update request #5732 is active.

nah highfructosepornsyrup is even more awesome in my own opinion

the accounts with the HighFructosePornSyrup name attached seem like they're used mostly for human stuff.

ThunderousErrections is the more relevant name for our purposes and it's also more recongizable because it's been in use longer. as long as the IB username remains unchanged I don't see a reason to change the artist tag.
