My Boyfriend

Someone who at the time I called a friend but lost that title for unrelated reasons several months later linked to it on a message board that would probably have deleted the link and banned him on the spot if anyone bothered to report him for it. It also didn't help that every single person on that part of the forum was decidedly too young to legally visit the website, and while that changed by now it didn't actually stop anyone at the time. my internal clock might be off, but I think that was around five or six years ago, and I made my account shortly after I turned 18 because I had exactly one picture that wasn't on the site that was ironically enough completely sfw that I felt should be uploaded so that someone would tag the artist.

Also I feel it must be said that if this site ONLY had porn I would have stopped visiting a very long time ago, because it would get boring. I still visit to this day because of all the not-porn stuff I've found here. Like Homestuck and Romantically Apocalyptic.

then I removed it with spray paint.

I was looking for dogs and then I learn about bestiality and then I got virus while looking for it....... and then I found out about furry so I end up here....

I found it disturbing.

I was told randomly to check this site out...I didn't think about it lol.

the Real World room under the TV section is the main furry room, but you'll catch a few in the Role Playing Games rooms in games as well.

Long ago, i was on Fchan. But it was not really efficient. So I searched a better furry porn site on google and I found e621.

Hard to remember for me, as it was around 5 years ago, but I think I followed a link from lulz.net.
Back then, it was but a furry site among several others, it took me a while before the itch to edit tags made me create an account.

I can't remember for the life of me. I have trouble remembering how I found a lot of the sites I frequent.

Really, though, I found it through friends on IMVU, the shitty little brother of SecondLife. I used it to browse for porn for a while, then got really fed up about some seriously shitty tagging, and we've been together ever since.

I was being sent links to images on the site by my girlfriend.

Being linked to it various times over IRC in 2007. Then I joined the #e621 IRC channel between 2007 and 2008, then Arcturus gave me a mod position in 2008.

i read a comment on wildcritters (which i ironically stopped going to when i found this site) saying this was a good site, so i checked it out. and now it's one of my favorite sites.

my brother (naughtyirish) and I were both googling porn. I had no idea that he was and I think he had no idea that I was. we were both trying to hide it from each other and some one else, being secretive and alert. we each got caught on separate occasions (and apparently he got caught before). we found out each other was looking it up, we worked together to keep it secret. while watching I saw him enter this site, I explored it, and learned I was a furry. human porn just doesn't turn me on much anymore.

4chan. This site was as much of a godsend as the former one. I'll explain why.

There's several types of people who come here. There's those who legitimately identify with the fandom, and those who just can't get off to anything else. I fall into the latter.
There's also some severely deluded individuals who fall into the former but instead of being in it for good fun, think that what they're doing is a permanent lifestyle, and end up taking it too seriously.

I come here because it's purely art-based, and I don't have to tolerate any of the BS that I'd encounter on FA, or anywhere else. No drama, no (thinly veiled) prostitution, and others who are aware they're just text on a screen.

You are wonderful for keeping an at least relatively neutral platform up. Thank you.

I honestly forget how I found it...I think I was on one of the other boorus and I realized they were a bunch of asshats...it was that one with the pinkish hue I found while searching for Edmol pics. Anyway, I guess I wanted to see more, because they didn't have much to offer of interest to me. idk how I managed to find the site, though. Maybe through Google, or Google Images.

Was linked form another furry image board. Lurked around for over a year then made a account. Would take almost 3 more years till I uploaded anything.

Actually, an anthro artist that I followed on Deviant Art said something about how one of their pieces had been posted on a furry porn sharing website. They sounded entirely disgusted by it. After that, I think they started watermarking all their art, which was completely lame... Still, they shared the link, and that is what brought me to e621! :3 Visiting this site was the first time I had ever seen furry porn. I decided I liked it, and kept coming back for more! ;D
