Shouldn't be too hard to mod one of these out of regular sex toys.
Most Erotic/adult stores might sell a ring-gag. you can mount almost any type of dildo on the ring and tie it with some string keep it fastened.
Then just cut off any part of the base of the dildo that isn't necessary to hold it in place.

Idk if its safe to keep any type of toy in your mouth for extended periods. they do sometimes leak chemicals or cause abrasion. im not an expert.
Im told that silicone toys should be as safe as they get.
