Here's a list of places you can buy them or even commission someone to mod your own plushie, but some of the links are dead or items are no longer available. Also, sometimes people sell them on Etsy and advertise on that /r/plushophile subreddit (NSFW, btw), which might be your best bet for finding one at a lower price (but a quick look, it seems there haven't been any such posts in a while).

Yep, no problem. With regards to commissions, I think this is the person you would want to reach out to about that if you were interested https://hawtfur.com/main/commissions/. Basically, you would first have to contact them about what work needs to be done and then mail in the plushie to them. I have no idea how much it would cost, though.
