Now announcing the brand new, low calorie, low fat, gluten-free alternative to e621..

e961.net! (Named after the new artificial sweetener called Neotame).

Same user accounts, same posts, same forums, same comments, but everything is SFW!

Runs on a modified version of our code, hooked into the same backend for consistency.

:D

A couple of suggestions:
-remove adult tags from sidepage tag list.
-current ads should be changed with SFW ones.

The first isn't possible.
The second is already being done.

Wow cool e961, cant wait to see it.

Of course this will only work if people actually rate things correctly, which doesn't seem to be happening.

Any chance of directing the "Under 18? Go here" link to e961.net instead? (Just for ease of access...)

Updated by anonymous

i visited the site, and found one major problem. the icons are not sfw its easy to see picture without actually clicking it. if you could replace the icon of stuff thats not sfw, with a fake error message. then e961 would become completely sfw.

That's impossible. Any images already marked as NSFW won't show up on the site at all. It's impossible to distinguish between a SFW and a NSFW image without relying on the rating (if a NSFW image is showing up there, it means the image's rating is wrong).

but they did, i'm on e961 in another window right now, the thumbnail is showing up for "explicit" rated stuff, but when you click it, all that shows, is the tags. try it, the thumbnails are large enough to see the "bad parts"

e961 is currently down due to e621 being far too popular and hogging server resources ;p

For safety's sake, I suggest actually stating that it is down rather than silently providing the thumbnails from e621 (acting as an alias). If someone had bookmarked the e961.net posts page, for example, they could be in for a nasty surprise the next time they access it.

isn't possible? My dear friend with skill in scripting aanything is possible there just needs to be a filter to divide the trends of e926.net, and BOOM sfw tags!

I was so confused for a little, then I realized how old it was... Why?

It doesn't even add something to the dead post! Honestly this necroing is worthless in any way possible.

So, did e961 get changed to e926 or are they separate sites?

Got changed.
