Topic: Unclear Rules For Bottomless and Topless?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I noticed a lot of posts where characters gets both tags because they’re not completely nude. Usually wearing leg or arm wear. Should it be possible for a character to get both tags to begin with? It seems counterintuitive if you can have both. I wonder if an update to the tag wikis could help prevent this. Despite both of them specifying the character needs to wear over, not simply on the other half of the body it could be more clear with cases it shouldn’t apply to.

Those edge cases are what shirtless, pantsless, mostly nude and no underwear are for. You're right, no single character should be tagged as both topless and bottomless.

Updated

if a character is wearing a top but no bottoms they're topless
if a character is wearing bottoms but no top they're bottomless
if a character is wearing neither a top nor bottoms but is still wearing other clothes (shoes, gloves, etc.) they're mostly_nude
if a character is wearing no clothes whatsoever they're nude

It’s pretty obvious, yeah but I started to doubt after some edits. Better to ask and be on the safe side
