If this is the case, should there be a report option for AI art that slips through the cracks? I'm seeing some pretty highly rated images that are clearly AI generated

Flag it as not meeting the uploading guidelines.

It would be best to have proof and if it is true you would just flag it with corrupt /broken flag as that says to explain in the comments but you would risk ousting yourself if it's not really AI and possibly cause a comment war. So it would be best to get solid evidence before doing so and not just
