Reason: Followup

alias heart_nipples -> heart_areola

As they currently stand, heart nipples and heart areola are functionally synonymous tags. The wiki for heart nipples even says "When a character's areola are heart-shaped."

The deimplication is to make sure heart_areola doesn't imply nipples after the followup.

The one confounding factor is that I did find one post where the nipples themselves are actually heart shaped: post #3669621

But, if we were to move everything else over to heart_areola and leave that alone in a redefined heart_nipples, there would likely be a ton of mistags in the future, so idk, give me some thoughts.

Those still look like heart areolas to me. Small areolas, yes, but areolas nevertheless.

It's a tag that could have been useful if it was defined and tagged correctly. Love the repeated spelling of "areloa" on the wiki page too.

This is an awkward one, 99.9% of the time it actually refers to the areola, but there are real cases where the nipples can be heart shaped too.

It's heart_eyes all over again.
