The tag implication #58208 chatot_(eotds) -> chatot has been rejected.
Reason: Chatot is a chatot; it would make sense for the character to imply the species that he is invariably linked to. withdrawn

characters don't imply species since they can be drawn as an alternate_species, be cosplayed as by a character of a different species, or otherwise be unable to be determined as that species. in theory, someone could draw them as any other pokemon or even any other species, and since characters are exempt from TWYS they can get the character tag but not the species tag.
