Felt like showing Previews of doodles I'm feeling jazzed about but,

Considering what "not an ad" content is permitted, I don't see why not.

Some artists post previews that are near-complete or complete-but-censored works with significant effort put in, there's no reason any of those wouldn't be fine. But in this case, I would call what you linked a heavily cropped WIP(still has sketch notes lol) and rules aside I would feel like I was wasting people's time uploading something like that. Quickly glancing at their page, it seems likely they'll eventually post a finished, colored version that isn't defaced by a huge watermark. Better to wait and just post that, no?

Generally previews/crops are deleted over the complete versions, but a lot of time they are not flagged as inferior.

Lmao I JUST realized that you are the artist in question. Thanks for posting your work here at all! I definitely wouldn't call any of those three examples "defaced" since the watermarks are diegetic or on the background. If you cover the main subject with it tho I hear the message: "I don't want people to share this" and I definitely don't blame you for that. Imagine if a WIP got traction but it passed by the time the work was done, that would feel so bad.

During the workflow, Signatures aren't placed until the end for Super effectiveness!
