Reason: his twitter account is https://twitter.com/pyoin_pyoin , and the japanese ぴょいん is also pyoin

They aren't. Pyoin Pyoin's Twitter used be Pyon_Ko_Ko. Their earlier art (example 1, example 2) now redirect to tweets on the current Pyoin Pyoin Twitter. In fact, this particular picture on the Pyoin Pyoin Twitter is signed with Pyon Ko Ko. Just Pyon Ko is a different artist with a much different style. This is just a case of similar names tripping us English speakers up.
I'm just going to manually retag everything except the earliest Pyon Ko tag to pyoin.
Oh right, just retagging is fine, I was just confused when I search pyoin and found out his tag on e621 is pyon_ko
