create implication blue_line_art (123) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication brown_line_art (17) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication green_line_art (36) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication multicolored_line_art (22) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication orange_line_art (8) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication pink_line_art (37) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication purple_line_art (47) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication red_line_art (56) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication tan_line_art (3) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication teal_line_art (0) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication white_line_art (352) -> colored_line_art (1074)
create implication yellow_line_art (1) -> colored_line_art (1074)

Reason: As defined on Wiki, colored_line_art refers to any line art that is not black.
And like any other color tags, I think <color>_line_art should have a tag that includes them all.

EDIT: The bulk update request #7309 (forum #397915) has been approved by @slyroon.

Pink one says duplicate... What should I do in this case?
I don't request BUR that often so I'm not sure.

I recommend including teal_line_art, it's part of tag group:colors

Line_art is for uncolored images, where it's JUST linework and no color/shading, see the wiki page. Colored_line_art is currently filled with colored images that would not fit under the line_art tag.

Seems like it would need quite the cleanup, seems that colored line art is mistaken for line art that's been colored in.

Would a renaming be in order?

I think we might need a new tag.

line_art only refers to monochorme artworks (whether pink_and_white, blue_and_white or etc,) so colored_line_art should refer to these kinds of posts.
post #3575160 post #3493988

But the problem is, that people think it means lines that are not black in fully-colored artworks.

Hot take: i think it should be for the second set of posts instead. Except you're right that the name is really confusing because of the line_art tag having a different meaning.
I've been an artist and involved in the art community since about 2014 and in my experience "colored lineart" always means fully colored art with lineart that's not black, especially if the lineart is multicolored to match colors near each portion of the lines.

Also more importantly we already have a tag combo for these: Line_art purple_and_white, line_art red_and_white etc

Not necessarily, line_art can be on any background so the [color]_and_white won't catch those
A prominent example is white_line_art

The current wiki page for colored_line_art says,

This tag is used for images and animations that feature line art that is not the traditional black_and_white line art

so at least the wiki seems to mean the not fully_colored posts.

But I agree with you. I used to tag my stuff colored_line_art because I thought it meant what you said.

Hmm fair enough... we should have a tag for colored lines on colored images though. I'll try and think of names. Also colored_line_art will be forever getting mistagged lol

Yeah, it definitely would keep getting mistagged.

We could have a tag for colored lines no matter if it's a un/colored image, and rename the current [color]_line_art tags. Colored lines on colored images would be colored_lines -colored_line_art (names are a placeholder)

so for specific colors, should we use *_colored_lines then?

Well maybe just *_lines do fine. Pink_colored_lines sounds a little weird.
