Just this morning I submitted a takedown requst for a post, and then I changed my mind about it like an idiot. By the time that happened, the post in question was deleted. Is there any way I can request this be undone or something?

You should speak with NotMeNotYou I think they are the only one who has the power to undelete

Admins have the power to undelete a post, and i'm not sure, but i think at one point moderators were able to undelete posts too?

It isn't tied to any specific level, it's tied to the approve posts permission
However here, no one but NotMeNotYou handles takedowns, so he's the only one that can do anything here

Writing an email is usually the best way to go about it, but considering I've seen this thread I've restored the image for you.
