It's food_insertion. food_penetration's wiki states it's the character penetrating the food, and food_insertion is food being inserted into an orifice.

I do not like a couple of the *_penetration tags, it's ambiguous whether it means *_penetrating or penetrating_*
Though looking at penetration maybe the problem is just localised with the two tags object penetration and food penetration (the former being the union of the tags sex toy insertion and object insertion, according to object insertion's wiki (and the layout of tags displayed in penetration's wiki))

Generally, most insertion tags are already phased out in favour of penetration to avoid confusion such as this. However, some still exist for different purposes.

For your question, food_penetration means having someone penetrate food (e.g., sticking your penis into a sandwich) while food_insertion means having food be inserted into someone (e.g., sticking a carrot into your anus).
The latter would be appropriate in this case.

If your question is whether or not prey can be considered food (e.g., sticking their "cooked" penis up one's anus), we generally don't consider prey to be food but rather still existing as a (dead) character/corpse/carcass. It is only after processing the body to the point it doesn't resemble a character at all (e.g., a piece of steak) that we can tag them as being "food".
