Topic: [APPROVED] Unimply hovercraft -> watercraft

remove implication hovercraft (48) -> watercraft (6855)

Reason: Should the implication stay? While hovercraft can traverse water, it can also be used on land.
This was implied with no discussion by the usual suspect

Although they are usually used on water in real life, traditional hovercraft use a skirted underside to blow air under them to provide lift, and this can allow them to travel over ice, land, and mud as well. Complicating things is that the tag also gets used for science fiction hovercraft that use some sort of anti-gravity lift and can go virtually anywhere. I agree that it would be better to tag hovercraft as watercraft on a case-by-case basis.

I knew that some vehicles designed to travel on water and land are called amphibious. I was going to recommend that term or however Wikipedia classes these if we wanted to class these as a type of vehicle, but that is also the term Wikipedia uses for hovercraft. amphibious_craft

If you type "marines" into Wikipedia, the list that pops up gives the summary "Military organization specialized in amphibious warfare".
