So on my desktop I'm signed in and can change the resize settings under my profile, but when i go to mobile ( ever since the new resizing patch ) it will load the full image resolution which i dont always want ( old device ) and when i do i can simply got to the download link. I want to avoid signing in on mobile but have no way to change the settings other than the way i know. Is there something i can do?

At the moment, no. We changed the default used for anonymous users from showing samples to showing full images scaled down to fit your window. As you said, the only way to change the resize mode right now is to log in and change it in your settings.
