How can you state that Canada is 'majorly right wing' when we have been governed by a socialist Liberal government headed by Trudeau for almost 10 years?
Bill S-210 was also tabled by a Quebec senator who was appointed to the senate by the aforementioned PM Trudeau.

You are very right about the Canadian government 'not listening to its public', however.

The invasion of privacy forced by this bill is absolutely absurd, and hopefully a majority of MPs will vote against this violation of our rights, and will be allowed to vote their conscience vs. the normal strongarm tactic of forced voting along party lines.
