and searching by image with a screen cap of his face but I got nothing.
I'm about 75% sure he's a named character, but who is he, Dood?

(And looking up "mog'dan" gets me someone else entirely, Dood = =;)
a quick Wowhead search shows that there's no NPC in the Retail or Classic servers that's named "Mog'dan", so i'm lead to believe they're an OC or their character's name in-game (sans the apostrophe). you could ask 'em on their active Tumblr account, though.

Question asked, I had no clue his tumblr was still active!
And I didn't know 'making' an OC character in the World of Warcraft
style was even an option with animation, Clever guy,
Galian Beast is better than I thought and I already
thought he was pretty awesome, Dood!
