Requested Feature:
Ability to Crop pictures to use as avatar.
Why it would be useful:
So that pictures with a large background for example, can be adjusted to just focus on the character, or so that you could use a picture of someone from a frame in a comic.

Also the ability to add your own avatar without uploading it to the entire image database would be a good feature too, although I imagine this could cause people to upload inappropriate avatars, so I'm not sure on that one.
