The tag implication #64335 soiling -> pooping is pending approval.

Reason: Soiling is pooping into clothing. Soiling_diaper also already implicates pooping.

maybe it would be more intuitive to use a soiled/soiled_* tag family for past tense, and keep soiling for just current? and then it could safely imply pooping
