So, it has come to my attention that the Penguin comic has been deleted (https://e621.net/pools/35962), with the reason given being the artist was underaged.
However, the artist turned 19 after May 6th 2024, which is their birthday. I know that the underage rule applies retroactively, so stay with me.
The first post of the comic was made June 23, 2023 (on twitter, not e621), which means that the artist's 18th birthday had already passed on May 6th 2023, WHICH THEN MEANS the artist wasn't underaged when the comic was posted which THEN means that the comic was wrongfully deleted.

Since I'm not the original uploader of the comic, and it is against the rules to reupload a deleted post, what should be done about this situation?

You can escalate to NotMeNotYou (or another admin) to contest the deletions
