U18chan hasn't worked properly for many months. Now it seems to be completely dead. Does anyone know why?

The site got rendered non-functional earlier this year due to trolls spamming glitch text on every board.

Last I checked, it was back online albeit in a very-slow-loading maintenance mode as they try to restore everything back to the way it was.
However, the server currently seems to be down completely now.
