I don't see how it's commercial content since the artist publicly posted it on inkbunny. I'd consider it an ad or preview page.

I replied in the other thread, but for future forum dwellers if you downloaded it off an artist's public (free) gallery, the paysite/commercial content rules do not apply. This does include previously paid content.

If we ever delete anything for this rule that you know is off an artist's gallery, just contact one of us and we should be able to restore it for you (note that sometimes high res versions are still commercial DNP).
