So, I uploaded a drawing of a friend thinking that it would be no problem, he told me that it was an unfinished drawing and he preferred not to upload it for personal reasons, He has tried to send a takedown to delete the drawing but it has been 2 days without a response, is there any other way to delete that post?

an artist can request a takedown for any reason. the takedown form is here.
He already made the takedown, but as I said, he hasn't gotten a response for 3 days, so I'm asking if there's another way to delete the drawing.
From what I can see, you were the one to make the takedown. Or at the very least, it was made using your account.
And we do not accept third party takedowns.
That said, have you actually taken further steps after filing the takedown?
You are supposed to send the verification code. The instructions were on the takedown page.

I did it for him because he doesn't know how to do it, as he had already done one but did it wrong, and he told me he already sent the verification code from his Twitter account.

Sorry, it turns out that my friend the artist sent the message but I didn't verify that twitter sent it, I just resent it (screenshots he sent me).

Probably would have been better to send that in a private message, but it's harmless since the artist account was the only one it was sent to?

Yeah, ran into this issue myself once. Had to get the artist's representative to do it.
Alternatively, the artist could upload a superior version?

The artist simply wants the drawing to be deleted because there is a person in that drawing that he currently dislikes and doesn't want to see him even in paint, I told him to do the takedown but he told me to do it myself because I uploaded it and to fix it, that's the main problem in this.

We only accept takedowns from the artist(s) who created the artwork or from the owner(s) of one or more characters depicted in it. Maybe they might prefer contacting one of our official Dragonfruit accounts in twitter or elsewhere directly?

I think the problem is a lack of e621 account for the artist? I didn't think you needed one? Seems weird that they can't just reply on Twitter or send an email themselves, but I've not been on that end of things. :shrugs:
here any pretty much any imageboard requires the artist to request the takedown. just tell your friend to submit a takedown.
