For a few couple of days, I have been encountering an error regarding the URL file while uploading posts on the uploads page.

It shows itself as "IQDB: Internal Error 500". I have only seen it happen with Twitter images so far.

Any other posters encountering this issue?

I'm assuming you're using re621, since that does an IQDB query when you put in the url. That wouldn't affect uploading, just the automatic similar image search.
That said, Twitter in particular has been causing issues with url uploads, due to them blocking automation.

Doesn't seem to be the case. The issue is occuring with and without the script enabled. It only gives a 404 without it.
