As the title says, is there a way to do that?
go to your profile and click the numbers beside "post changes". that'll take you to the post edits page, already showing which posts you've edited.

If you're using post search rather than tag changes, no, there's no way to do that.

Is there a way to sort by most recently revised post?
As in not just by me, but others.
i.e. posts that I've edited, sorted by which post has the most recent update

There are the order:updated, order:updated_asc, and order:updated_desc keywords, but none of them are in the cheatsheet . I played with them a little just now and I'm not 100% sure what they do.

I'm not sure what updated does, but order:change sorts by changes to the posts' tags.

It doesn't seem to be a strict order, posts that had their tags changed closer to the present were put behind those that weren't
