if it is maybe it'd be sosomething like yin yang because of the whole "good" and "bad" sides with a little bit of good in the bad and vice versa.

but there is already a yin_yang tag for for the symbol so maybe there should be a yin_yang_(symbol) and a yin_yang_position tag

then again how many posts are out there that use this particular position if it is what you are asking about. if there's less than 50 images I don't think it'd be worth the effort and just work with the tags that pleaseletmein pointed out or try mutual_penetration male/male anal
