I have been here a few months and am on my fifth.

While other people still have the same pics as when I used this site without an account for the last 3 years.

I am also just bored right now, so I'm making this topic about pointless crap.

Don't be sad about it. Changing avatar a lot is not a problem.
If you want to have a long-time avatar, Search for a picture you have in mind, might take minutes, but it would be permanent.

I have objectively the best avatar in existence, you're likely not going to ever see me change it, except for the seasonal variations.

You have no idea how often it happens that I go "I didn't say thi... oh, nvm" whenever someone uses one of my avatars.
Especially when the names have similar lengths.

I'm going to pay an artist to trace my current avatar image and draw my own gayboi cumdumpster fursona over it.

i've kept this pic as my avatar so far as i like tails and mainly because it's amusing how often someone says it's perfectly fitting to whatever i tend to comment on as being weird or just wtf? kind of stuff. ^.^ it's true though, this face is perfect for SO much of the stuff here and elsewhere on the internet.

never seen silverfox draw sergal before. it's cute like everything he makes though. :) been a while since i last checked his pics much.

you're current pic is both gross, cute, and looks to be a perfectly natural occurence, what a horrible combination. lol tbh though, i kinda expected it to be worse since i was going by the tags (got gory stuff like blood blacklisted but sometimes still take a random peek at things i blacklisted if only from curiousity).

The Rain Silves image I use as my profile picture is the one I use (and will most likely keep on using) for multiple reasons.

1. When I first saw the character on e621, this was the first image I saw of her. I got hooked on her ever since and have done my research on Rain Silves, through this website and the sadly incomplete Red Chapter. Through that, I've learned that she's a rather unusual character, not the mindless killing/raping machine that people have portrayed her as.

2. Vore is one of my more prominent fetishes. Birth/unbirth in particular. Another reason I went with this pic. Though I find it funny how that particular image is tagged with both birth and unbirth. Understandable, because even I have no clue if she's pushing that baby in or pushing it out.

3. One of my plans in the future is to incorporate her into my fanfic series. I have a solid idea as to how I will do so, but I'm not there yet in terms of the progress of my story. If anything, I'd sooner ask Trancy Mick (or Mick39) for permission in drawing Rain Silves, then permission for the former.

4. Because I use that image as my profile pic, it's easily the most popular Rain Silves image on e621.

Now, I'm no expert, but I'm 90% sure that would lag the fuck outta the servers. Imagine a huge group of people with constantly changing avatars all the time.

I graduated High School with a B+ in AP Calculus. I don't really need math to tell me that if you profile an image, it's going to receive significantly more attention than normal. Especially if you're an active user.

I am way too lazy to change my pic

I change mine if I see a pic a really want. I'd normally use a clean pic but rarely I might just go for it and put an explicit pic on. I feel like I'm keeping the one I've got for a while though ^^
