Hello the account of my friend, YiffCario, has suddenly stopped working. He went to log on today and none of his passwords worked and apparently his e-mail was not associated with his account. What should he do to recover it? Is this the right place to be asking about this or should I or him be looking into using the [email protected] e-mail for help?
