I certainly couldn't do it.

I don't even like spending much time with my nephew, he's 7 or 8.
My sister lets him get away with too much, his diet consists of a total of maybe 10 different foods.

I can put up with him for a day or so, but more than that and all the things that parents seem the think are "cute" just start to annoy the hell out of me.

It reminds me of that old article about if your kids do basically anything on the internet, they are probably hacking or something.
