I don't think so. As an artist I would describe it as cartoony/inky.
We have the tag inks (which has only, ~200+ items), and of course we have cartoon (900+ posts), but putting them together into inks cartoon returns 0 posts.

To be more accurate, "colored" (cause they're digital) inks. Colored inks and airbrush used to render an excessively cute, cartoony style. He's changing it a bit recently but they still broadly apply.
We don't even have a tag for colored outlines.

cute might get you some of the characteristics you're looking for, but it's not all that close really.

TL;DR: No, AFAICS.

HEY! Thanks for liking stuff <3 :D I primarily do the smut I do because there's NOT MUCH OF IT D: Tons of furry shiz, fo'sho~ But not too much semi-realistic-toony characters. Definitely not enough lusty ladies :3c. Hardly enough size-play. Not enough SUPER HELLA MESSY SHIZ, and I could go on forever ;b

Though! I have been inspiring more artist and helping others who're interested in similar things as I am :D Check around on Inkbunny. More people do the sorta content I do there :D

By trade I'm an animator, so my characters are toony- expressive, exaggerated, and full of acting~ (At least, that's the plan haha). But as an illustrator, I strive for realistic physics/lighting shading. In like, 10 years from now, or whenever I'm a super bad ass, ideally I'd be doing what's called "Hyper Realism" which is essentially realistic methods of rendering, but to idealized/heavily unrealistic creatures :D
