You can make it embeddable (that is, if e621 allows hotlinking) and add it to any site that supports custom HTML (not many sites support it though) maybe I can do it as a widget, but I need more time

for downloading flashes i use a site called File2HD.com. that will extract all the files from a selected page you put into its search bar. when you find the file for the flash itself you can download it strait from the site. the only problem is most of the time you may need to convert the file to something your computer can read such as mp4 or download a universal file opener

Firefox can open them, or you could use a standalone SWF player.

Copy the embed code from another website and replace all the stuff that points to the original swf with this swf.

Take this, for example

<embed src="http://www.sheepproductions.com/billy/billy.swf?autoplay=true&f0=http://www.sheepproductions.com/sammy.mp3&t0=Sammy&total=1[/i]" quality="high" wmode="transparent" width="200" height="10" name="billy" align="middle" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" />

yeah, that's billy player

and change it to

<embed src="https://static1.e621.net/data/bf/3a/bf3a2701cf05b922f3516b08065377e8.swf[/i]" quality="high" wmode="transparent" width="150" height="150" align="middle" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" />
