I want to say currently Vento Aureo is my favorite, I think that's heavily colured by fan content, of which Part 5 has some of the best. I didn't really care too much for it when I first went through it.

the one I liked most on initial run through it'd probably be Diamond is Unbreakable. depending on the day I might say Battle Tendency.

I guess it was there from the very beginning, huh. Just it was less pronounced in some parts. Anyway, I like how it's inspired by HNK originally, but they're so much less awkward and more open on that front.

Steel Ball Run has the best narrative, Diamond is Unbreakable has the best cast, Golden Wind has the best fights.
