Reason: Since there is a mega_evolution tag and a tag for each mega evolution already known I guess there should be an tag implication on these cases, otherwise there would be no need to have mega_evolution tag at all

Yep, just didn't feel like making the thread myself.
This definitely should happen.

As an aside, another set I'm too lazy to make is all the legendaries to legendary_pokemon.
If you're feeling particularly helpful.

I would even add implications from all pokemon tags to pokemon if I knew how to do it myself.

It would be nearly impossible to do so by hand, but I could write a script to do that automatically.

Doing what you just did here is best for large quantities of tags, just make a thread, and post them.

Actual suggestions are best kept to situations where you're only submitting a couple at a time.
Too many can slow things down for the admins processing them.

Maybe we should have

mega_charizard_x ->　mega_charizard
mega_charizard_y ->　mega_charizard

And the same for whatever next Mega Evolutions X/Y are revealed, such as Mega Mewtwo

This is the preferred way for members to mass-suggest large numbers of aliases/implications, yes. Better than having the forum spammed with 10 or 20 new threads.

As much as I love pokemon, if every mega evolution has an alternate for each version, I think that's maybe too much.

I suppose it drives game sales, for those who might have only bought one or the other.
