aliasing i_do_not_know -> burquina

Reason: Same artist, "I_do_not_know" being the old name. See https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3821196/

I feel that this tag may have some problems in the future...mainly coming from either taggers not knowing either a character/artist or like a "what" tagging.

Fixed. I just went through all of the images under i_do_not_know and compared them to all three of the artist's FA's, as well as their oekaki.agn.ph account. Moved all the ones from the old i_do_not_know tag which I could verify as theirs to i_do_not_know_(artist) tag. There was one I couldn't, and it has no functional source. So I don't know if it was a mistag or not, so I left it alone. Updated the wiki. And discovered that burquina/i_do_not_know may also be the same as fazo. They are both listed as alternate names on i_do_not_know_(artist)'s artist page. And both Fazo and Burquina have the exact same journal entry in their respective FA accounts. [here and here. So should both fazo and i_do_not_know_(artist) be aliased ---> burquina?

Also, perhaps i_do_not_know which is now a general tag should be aliased to tagme or invalid_tag in case it ever gets used as a literal "I don't know what this is" tag. Just to tidy up loose ends.

Yeah, forgot he has another alias as well. Should just alias it all under burquina.
