[9:52:45 PM] Dubstep Is Forever: On the on/off side of the AND gate, redstone runs from the torch into a block with another torch to make the on/off indicator.
[9:54:00 PM] Dubstep Is Forever: Once the lever and pressure pad are on, the AND gate switches the memory core, making it power an inverter which turns the inverter off, allowing the 5-Clock to run and repeatedly pulse the note block.

[9:54:39 PM] Dubstep Is Forever: Connected to the note block's redstone line is another inverter going to another block with a torch on it to make the alarm status indicator.
[9:55:24 PM] Dubstep Is Forever: Finally, the reset button pulses the other side of the memory core, which no longer powers the inverter. This causes it to turn on and stop the 5-clock.
