I can't remember any tags from this animation at all, but it's from some sort of hentai. An elf girl (Going off of memory here) Goes into the forest and is gang-banged by a group of werewolves. That was my guess. It's a movie called "Boundary Between Dream And Reality". There's a couple of other sex scenes with wolves and such in it too.
