Okay, you have your mods, janitors and admins. They do have different roles and whatnot, but they basically are just your superiors as far as you need be concerned. Its pretty likely that a few of them will reply to this thread.

Listen to the admins. If you do, you'll receive the good stuff on your account.

There's Janitors and Admins mostly, one or two Mods. List of admins are here (although you can toggle the options to view the list of current Mods, Janitors, and etc). Also EDFDarkAngel1 is the lead admin, and Varka owns the site (and your soul) =)

Also if you're new around here, you might want to set up your blacklist and acquaint yourself with the Tag What You See [TWYS] tagging policy we have here. And the rules . That should be most of the important things. Also, welcome to the site!

a) Privileged/Contributors: They are users that contributes to the site in some way. They should know how site works a little better then normal member, but they really have no much power to ban you or something like that. So not really important.

b) Janitors/Test Janitors: Additionally to previous level they can not approve your posts, and probably in the future they will be able to delete forum threads. Still, not a big thing.

c) Admins/Mods: Additionally to previous level they can give you record, ban you, and delete everything made by you. So, they're rather important.

d) American Government Agents: They search the web for "terrorists". If they don't like you they ban you in real life. Expect being imprisoned without trial, and being tortured until you confess something they think is useful. They are the most important people here.

I fix a large amount tags on posts on a daily basis, suggest tag implications/aliases, help out other users when they have questions about posting, tagging, etc.

This is definition of being helpful, not being important. It's like telling that in random corporation the most important person is the one that works the most.

I don't know about you, but I think everyone is important to the site. Hell, just joining the site has some importance. Some are a bit more important than others but without them, this site would not exist.
