I am so confused right now.

It does look like a test version, maybe it used to be used once for testing code.

I recognize Aurali (who used to do lot of coding for e621) and RainbowDash (who's an admin here). But most of anything there is 10 months or more old. It doesn't look like it was ever meant to be used as a normal site so I think it was for testing code/features to make sure they wouldn't break anything before adding them to e621. I don't know anything about it though, so don't quote me on it. It's just a random guess.

I tested anything involving server loads (there was a massive second database for query tuning; and nginx related queries, emails and anything that needed an actual server there before posting it onto the live system, it was also used to show new code to the admins of the 4 ouroboros sites, for opinions and all that. There was a bug report system tied to that site that any of the sites could use, but it's not been tended to since I stepped down.
