I'm in the middle of a tag war over it, as the rules seem to make clear this is Questionable; everyone else assumes it's explicit with the visible scrotum and anus.

As i said on the post, I see genitals. Explicit. Plus looks like an admin already locked the ratings so thats that.

The only visible genitals are the testes, and when I said something to similar effect a couple months ago (i.e. that balls, anuses, and breasts were explicit) I was told in no uncertain terms by Riversyde (another admin) that this was not the case.

Then it looks like we need to have a discussion on what exactly is "explicit," and make sure that it's clearly stated in the rules. Bongani was following those rules. As far as this site's rules, that picture is questionable. I will, though, agree that it should be tagged explicit, and so a redefinition is almost certainly in order.

True. Basicly the way I tag stuff is if its tits not explicit. But anything "exposed " below the belt as far as groin area wise is explicit, sheath, vag, penis, balls, and anus.
